Product Condition Grades - Chatter's Lux

Chatter's Lux uses a grading system to indicate the condition of luxury items. Here's what each grade means:

S Grade (New / Like New)

• Brand new, unused, in original packaging with tags.
• Like new, minimal to no signs of use, possibly tried on but never worn regularly.

A Grade (Excellent Condition)

• Barely used with very minor signs of wear.
• Excellent condition, slight wear such as minor scratches or creases, barely noticeable.

B Grade (Very Good Condition)

• Well-maintained, visible but light signs of wear (e.g., small scratches, minor creases).
• Noticeable wear, may have visible scratches, stains, or faded areas but remains functional and stylish.

C Grade (Good Condition)

• Heavy signs of use, such as scratches, scuffs, or minor structural issues, but still usable.
