All products at Chatter’s Lux’s website are uploaded directly by the sellers themselves, hence the availability of an authentication card/certificate might differs from product to another.
Chatter’s Lux offers you an optional paid Authentication service for products from major brands that you wish to verify for authenticity.
Simply at the check out page, tick “Authenticate this product” option and our team will check the product’s authenticity and issue a authentication card/certificate
The authentication process is expected to take 1-2 days and will cost 120 AED. Hermès Premium is not included in the service and is billed separately.
In case you didn’t wish to proceed with your purchase after the Authentication service, please beware that Authentication service fees will not be refunded regardelss of the result.
Once you place your order, it’s expected to take 2-3 business days to get delivered to your address.
In case you’ve requested Authentication Service for the product, delivery is expected to take more 1-2 days.

In order to ensure the safety of e-commerce trades, the seller will get paid only when the product is fully delivered and confirmed by the buyer, after the buyer’s payment has been deposited by Chatter’s Lux.
Direct transaction between the seller and the buyer that do not go through Chatter’s Lux’s trading protection is strictly prohibited and the seller will be reported and refrained from selling in Chatter’s Lux’s platform.
Chatter’s Lux’s Commission : 15% of the sales price
Once the order has been placed and the shipping process has started, cancellation is not allowed. However, a refund can be requested within 3 days of receiving the item.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your purchase, you can request “Cancel Order” in your “My Account” Page
Buyers are allowed to return any product within 3 DAYS of receiving date without reasons (Return Fees is paid by the Buyer)
If the product is defective or different from the uploaded content by the seller, buyers are allowed to return the product within 3 days from the date of receiving the product. The return fee is borne by the seller (Defects must be proved by the seller)
Return is not possible in the following cases:
If the buyer confirms the purchase or 3 days elapsed after receiving the product
In the event of damage to the product due to the buyer’s responsibility
If the value of the product has been significantly reduced by use by the buyer
You will be refunded by the same day or the next day from the date when the product is received by the seller for account transfer option, and for credit cards options, it takes up to 5 to 7 business days.
